October 4 Update

Dear Employee,

We were informed on Saturday, October 3, that an Apprentice working in the Service Department tested positive for COVID-19. This individual did not feel well on Thursday, October 1, and was tested on Friday. We received notice of his test result yesterday and are currently providing notification to all staff. This employee was not in the office last week, and close contacts have been identified and contacted by Management. If you have not been contacted by your division manager, we believe that you are not considered a close contact to this individual during the infectious period.

Please see the A&R.COVID-19 Action Graphic that highlights our response to Close Contact and Casual Contact related to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Close Contact is defined as "being within six feet of someone continuously for an extended period of time (more than 15 minutes)."

In an effort to protect your co-workers from exposure, management is asking that employees remain diligent in wearing face coverings on all jobsites (including the fabrication shops), and in common areas of the corporate office when social distancing is not possible. Please contact the safety department if you are in need of a face covering.

Thank you for your continued efforts in safety and productivity.
