The project consists of: Mechanical replacements and window replacements at both the North Elementary School and the South Grade School / Jr. High. Electrical upgrades also will need to occur at both schools. Replacement of the existing heating systems (mostly steam) with 4-pipe Vertical Unit Ventilators and fan coil units throughout the building. RTU’s will be installed in the gym area. New piping and conduits will be ran to each of the units per the plans. b. New boilers / pumps and chillers will be installed, and the building requires an electrical upgrade per the plans.
